1. The platform operator

LowStock (lowstock.shop) is operated by AITEL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, Companies House number 17492195, established on September 30, 2026. The registered office address and contact address for legal requests must be completed and verified before final approval of the document.

2. The role of LowStock

LowStock is a digital service for publishing lots and connecting sellers and buyers. It allows requests, offers, negotiations, messaging, reservations, and order status tracking. Except for a separate and explicit agreement, AITEL LTD is not a seller, buyer, contractual agent, or party to the sales contract between users.

3. Seller's responsibility

The seller is responsible for the right to sell the goods, the legality of the offer, the accuracy of the description, the condition, authenticity, quantity, price, applicable taxes, fiscal documents, compliance, warranties and delivery or return obligations that apply according to the law. They must correctly declare whether they are acting as a professional or as an individual.

4. Buyer's responsibility

The buyer must verify relevant information, clarify commercial terms, and fulfill payment and receipt obligations agreed upon with the seller. Legal consumer rights, where applicable, are not limited by these terms.

5. Conclusion and execution of transactions

Accepting an offer may create a reservation in the platform's records. The «completed» status reflects user confirmations, not an independent verification by LowStock. In the current version, the platform does not process payments for goods and does not organize transport. Payment, invoicing, transport, handover, receipt, complaints, and any disputes regarding the goods are handled directly between the parties.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AITEL LTD does not guarantee the identity, solvency or execution of commercial obligations by users and is not liable for non-payment, non-delivery, non-conformity or incorrect information provided by them. Nothing in these terms excludes the platform's liability for its own actions or legal obligations that cannot be excluded.

7. Publishing and moderation rules

Illegal, misleading, or infringing offers are prohibited. LowStock may remove content, restrict accounts, and respond to reports in accordance with applicable law. Users may contest moderation measures through the contact channel to be published.

8. Contact and communication data

Private contact details of participants are not displayed publicly; in the platform's transaction flow, they become accessible to eligible parties after the offer is accepted, according to access rules. Circumventing contact protection measures is not permitted.

9. Availability and changes

The service may suffer interruptions for maintenance or due to technical reasons. Material changes to the terms will be communicated in an appropriate manner. Applicable mandatory legislation and user rights prevail over any contrary provision.
